Day 235: 20 Minutes

I put in about a 20-minute run today which ended up being a 2-miler.  I haven’t really had a set work-out plan since I ran a half-marathon in October, so I’m going to try something simple: run 20-minutes a day for at least 5 days a week.  I’m doing this partly because I need to set the bar somewhere and partly because I’ve been too busy and tired to run much more than that anyway.
