I’m 5′9″ and was born in ‘78. I was a steady 145 lbs from my sophomore year in high school until my sophomore year in college. Then I got married and started getting more and more engulfed in computer science (which translates into sitting at a desk moving your fingers really fast). My weight slowly increased over the next 9 or 10 years to what I hope is my high-water mark of 180 lbs — and that’s were this blog started.
